Strawberry Matcha has become a bit of a thing these days, and we're jumping on the bandwagon!
If you haven’t yet acquired a taste for matcha, this ice cream is a great place to start. It’s earthy and complex, yet has plenty of cream, sugar and a sweet berry swirl.
We get our matcha from Soar Organics in Vancouver, and it compliments our coconut-oat vegan base perfectly - once we load it up with a jammy homemade strawberry sauce, it’s irresistible!
