Inspired by the popular Mexican drink, we made our horchata by steeping toasted rice, cinnamon and almond in our milk base.⁠

It’s a smooth and silky ice cream, enhanced by the spice blend while staying subtle, sweet and refreshing. To top it off, we added a swirl of dulce de leche - a homemade milky caramel ribbon
