Salty and unique, this isn't your typical salted caramel ice cream. The base is simple, we just add a hefty amount of Vancouver Island Sea Salt to our sweet cream base. Then we make a homemade caramel ribbon and fold it into the ice cream. The caramel cuts through the saltiness and makes you come back for another lick.
