Tangy and sweet, we start off with a cream cheese icing base before churning in chunks of homemade Ukrainian honey-cake and caramelized walnuts. Made by layering thin slices of soft honey-graham cake with dark caramel and a whipped dulce de leche filling, the honey-cake is buttery, creamy and melts in your mouth while the candied walnuts add an earthy crunch.
