Malted Mini Egg

The marriage of two iconic Easter candies: The Mini Egg and The Malteser. This ice cream has a rich, malted base with crushed pieces of real deal mini eggs.⁠

If you’re not familiar with malt, it’s used to brew beer, and it’s what they put into milkshakes back in the day. When added to our ice cream base, malt gives it a savory depth - almost an umami profile. Needless to say, it pairs perfectly with those sweet itty bitty mini egg pieces. ⁠

cream, skim milk powder, milk, sugar, egg, malt, and (less than 2% of): locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, sea salt and vanilla extract
