Toasted Coconut Cookie

This flavour features a light brown sugar cookie scattered with shavings of raw coconut. The finished product has a soft, chewy texture & warm caramel notes - truly a "melt in your mouth" cookie moment.⁠

For the ice cream base, we steep golden toasted coconut for 24 hours before straining it out the next day. This creates a rich, glowing coconut flavour that runs all the way through the flavour.⁠
