Wild Mint Chip

Wild Mint Chip is officially back!

This ‘summer mint’ ice cream replaces Scout Mint Cookie on our menu during the warmer months, and we look forward to its return every year.

We harvest our own crop from a local hobby farm and use the leaves to infuse our base with that fresh, wild mint flavour before churning in a dark chocolate stracciatella.

For some of you, this is practically an annual holiday, but for anyone new here - we’re excited to introduce you to one of our faves!
