Life gave us limes and we made a marg!
Everyone has their own secret to a good margarita. For us, it’s a pinch of Vancouver Island sea salt, and a splash of coconut milk - which gives it a more ‘creamy’ texture.
Top it off with hand squeezed lime juice and a dash of tequila - you’ve got a lip-smackin’ vegan sherbet that’s tart, refreshing and the perfect sunny weather scoop!
INGREDIENTS
coconut milk (coconut, water, guar gum), sugar, corn syrup solids, sea salt, lime juice, tequila, inulin, and less than 0.4% vegan gums (locust bean gum, guar gum, acacia gum)
