Chèvre means 'goat' in French, and by extension, it has come to mean goat cheese - but if that makes you think twice about trying this scoop, think again! ⁠

Our chèvre base pairs perfectly with our homemade blackberry purée, it's a coupling that's better than anything you'll find on Love Island (tea & shade). The taste is similar to a blackberry cheesecake; rich and vibrant with a slight savoury tang!⁠

Using local blackberries from Bergen Farms and cheese from Mt Lehman Cheese, it's a lick local flavour that we look forward to every August!⁠

cream, skim milk powder, milk, sugar, egg, goat cheese, blackberries, and (less than 2% of): locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, salt and lemon
