Honey Lavender

We sourced our honey from @chilliwackhoney - their mountain flower batches are harvested from remote flowers, trees and berries, resulting in a dark amber honey with a unique, bold flavour. Our lavender is from @harrison.lavender, making this flavour a true Lick Local experience!

We steep the lavender in our base before adding the honey for a sweet, soft, subtly floral flavour. The balance that our kitchen achieved with this one is so superior, and the journey of each bite keeps you coming back for one more taste.
