Pistachio

The base of this scoop is super simple - pistachio paste and sea salt!⁠ It’s not an overly punchy flavour like you would get from a gelato. Instead, it’s natural & subtle with earthy, buttery, decadent undertones. We could throw all the flavour adjectives at this one, but overall it's just really dang satisfying and we think about it all the time.
