Strawberry ice cream is always a classic, but the addition of elderflower cordial makes this flavour much more full and fresh. If you've never tasted elderflower, imagine floral notes - pear, lychee or a strawberry Hi-Chew!
We harvest our elderflower from a local hobby farm, and make our own unique cordial to incorporate into every batch of strawberry ice cream!
It’s light, sweet, subtly floral and bursting with local berries from Bergen Farms.
INGREDIENTS
cream, skim milk powder, milk, sugar, egg, strawberries, raspberries, corn syrup, lemon juice, water, elderflower cordial and (less than 2% of): locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, and vegan gums
