Almond Croissant

This one is extra special to us because we teamed up with our pals at Rise Baking Lab to make it happen. They supply the phenomenal croissants, which we chop up, toss in butter and sugar, and bake again until they’re extra buttery, toasty and golden. Those crispy little chunks get folded throughout our almond base alongside roasted chopped almonds, with a little sea salt to keep everything balanced. 

We’ve been waiting a LONG time for this one, and now that it’s finally here, we’re not shutting up about it.
