FLAVOUR
Based on the classic German dessert, we start off with our sweet cream base for that 'whipped cream' razzle dazzle before swirling in a tart sour-cherry swirl as well as chewy chunks of dark chocolate cake. To top it all off, we also sprinkled in some chocolate ribbons to add some extra texture!
This flavour is delightful as a cake and even better as an ice cream!
INGREDIENTS
cream, skim milk powder, milk, water, sugar, egg, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, whipping cream, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, dark chocolate, cherries, brandy, and (less than 2% of): locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan
