Cardamom is a familiar fall classic, it's one of the main spices in chai, and shows up in so many desserts this time of year! November can be a dreary month, and we wanted to make a flavour that would add a little extra coziness and festivity to the season.

For this scoop, we created a shortbread-style cardamom cookie that is perfectly "crisp" while managing to still melt in your mouth. Warm, aromatic, and comforting, these are sprinkled into a punchy cardamom ice cream base. A hint of orange zest throughout the base & cookie⁠ brightens it up and adds a subtle sparkle that keeps the spice from feeling heavy.

cream, skim milk powder, milk, sugar, egg, butter, flour, and (less than 2% of): baking powder, salt, cardamom, orange zest, locust bean gum, guar gum, carageenan
