Carrots in ice cream? Depending on your level of delusion, this could count as your daily dose of veggies!
This ice cream doesn’t have actual cake chunks in it, but it embodies all things carrot cake: warm spices, candied carrots and a thick layer of cream cheese icing!
Our carrots come to us from Lepp Farm Market - we caramelize them with brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon before blending them into our base. Then, we make a homemade cream cheese icing that gets swirled throughout (the kind of icing you can't stop licking off your fingers)

cream, skim milk powder, milk, sugar, egg, carrots, corn syrup, molasses, cream cheese, evaporated milk, and (less than 2% of): locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, allspice
