Carrot Cake

⁠While there are no actual cake chunks in this ice cream, it truly embodies all things carrot cake: warm spices, candied carrots and a thick layer of cream cheese icing!⁠

This year, our carrots are from @forstbauerfarm! Local to Chilliwack and family run, the Forstbauer's have been farming organically & biodynamically since the 70's, advocating for regenerative and sustainable methods along the way. Their "candy carrots" are next level on their own, but for our ice cream, we caramelized them with brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon before blending them into our base.

To top it all off, we swirl this warm, comforting base with a banger homemade cream cheese icing!

cream, skim milk powder, sugar, egg, carrot, corn syrup, molasses, cream cheese, evaporated milk, and (less than 2% of): locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan, ginger, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice
