To elevate the texture, we folded flakes of dark chocolate throughout this flavour in the classic stracciatella style, adding slight bitterness and a satisfying snap to each bite! The result is a luxurious blend of creamy chocolate and zesty orange, with a refined texture and flavour that's as punchy as it is comforting.
