This scoop is right up our alley - a tangy twist for chocolate month that highlights the ✨fruitier✨ side of cocoa beans.⁠

Ruby chocolate has an entirely different flavour compared to chocolate varieties you might be used to eating. It even looks different than a standard cacao pod, with a pink colouring that stays even after processing! ⁠

The flavour is fruity, acidic and tangy compared to regular cocoa which is bitter, rich, and heavy. To really make this scoop stand out, our kitchen team created a passionfruit curd to ripple into our ruby chocolate base.

It’s maybe one of the more unique flavours you’ll see on our menu, but trust us, the tropical vibrance and fresh balance of this one is unparalleled.

INGREDIENTS
cream, skim milk powder, milk, sugar, egg, ruby chocolate, passion fruit, butter, and (less than 2% of): locust bean gum, guar gum, sea salt, vanilla extract, beet root powder, and carrageenan
